Water proofing on walls and bed of Hodies and Pump House as follow:-1. Surface prerparation including cleaning, removal of dirt, dust /loose concrete and insertion of polymer modified chemical in cracks.2. Applying /coat of URP with grey cement and fillet at junction with 1:3 CM and mixed with more than 10% URP.3. Providing and apply 3 coat of LFTRI approved coating with two components pre packed cementious water proofing fast flex compound of reputed brand to achieve 1.5mm to 1.8mm DFT over surface. All the coats to be applied in right angle. Providing and laying of 45GSM glass fibre mesh over angle fillet.The coating shall have elongation at break as per ASTM Dt12, tensile strength 7/N/mm2 as per ASTM D4/L water penetration (5 bar pressure): 1% as per BSEN 1239 complete in all respect.
