Replacement Of Old Faulty Wiring And Other Appliances/Installation/Fittings And Fixtures In System Control Room, Nirman Bhawan, Ndmc.- 1 Providing and fixing 250A and 36kA breaking capacity and Four Pole MCCB with thermo magnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubical panel board including drilling holes in cubical panel, making connection etc. as required. 2 Providing and fixing 250A Four Pole Contactor in existing cubical panel board including drilling holesin cubical panel, making connection etc. as required. 3 Providing and fixing Auxiliary Contactor (31E) with thermo magnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubical panel board including drilling holes in cubical panel, making connection etc. as required. 4 Providing and fixing 63A TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubical panel, making connection etc. as required. 5 Supplying and fixing 5A to 32A rating, 240/415V, 10kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of the following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 6 Double Pole 32A 7 20A Single pole and neutral 8 Supply and fixing of single pole preventor 240V AC (Micon 175) suitable for inductive load in the existing MCCB DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 9 Wiring for light point/fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 2.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface /recessed steel conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS box and earthing the point with 2.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. 10 Supply of Wall Mounted Fan 16 “ size complete as required. Make : Crompton / Havells / Usha 11 Supply, installation testing & commissioning of following sweep, MS Exhaust Fan with louvres / shutters in the existing opening i/c connection with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS MS insulated copper conductor s/c cable etc. complete as required. 12 Inch 12 Surface / recessed mounted 2’ x 2*2 Led Penal Light 36-40 watt CCT>5700K lumen, lumen efficacy 130 lumen per watt, THD <5% or better, power factor > 0.9, driver 3 KV or more, made of fabricated sheet steel housing/ CRCA having long life over 50000 hours. Fitting complete with all accessories i/c connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. complete as required. 13 Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in suface / recessed medium class PVC conduit along with 1 No. 4 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required. 14 Wiring for the circuit/ sub- main wiring along with earth wire with following size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core in surface / recessed steel conduit as required. 2 X 2.5sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire 15 Wiring for the circuit/ sub- main wiring along with earth wire with following size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core in surface / recessed steel conduit as required. 2 X 16 sq. mm + 1 X 6 sq. mm earth wire 16 Wiring for the circuit/ sub- main wiring along with earth wire with following size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core in surface / recessed steel conduit asrequired. 2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire Group C 17 Add GST @18%
