Rate include cost of heavy duty floor spring (for 120 kg weight and rated for min 0.3 million cycles), patch fittings & locks of Ozone / Godrej/ Hemco / Hardwin/ or equivalent, SS handle of size 12, and all required hardware complete as directed by bank. Size: 900mm x 2100mm_________ FIXED GLAZING_______________________________________ Providing & Fixing 12 mm thk. Toughened Clear Glass partition on aluminum C channel of 25x25x1 mm size with Silicon Sealant filling as approved, inclduing making groove of 25 mm x 25mm in floor with floor cutting machine, fixing aluminium C channel in the groove with suitable screws and fasteners and work to be completed as directed by Bank____________________________ SOLID PARTITION WrTH DOOR 5JJCXinU<TinjTTS.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Supporting system comprising of 51 mm / 50mm x 35mm / 34mm x 0.5mm metal studs at 600mm c/c and 51 mm / 50mm x 32mm x 0.5mm metal tracks at floor, middle, door and ceiling level with joints staggered to avoid through joints. The vertical members should touch the ceiling with horizontal ceiling channel at slab / beam bottom. The rate should also include necessary strengthening with studs / tracks or channels at doors and other openings. 12mm Exterior Grade MDF Board fixed on ONE side and cement board with 25mm dry wall screws for the entire height of the partition. Partition to have 1mm thick Laminate (white color) on one side. The partition also to have a solid door shutter fixed with 1mm
