| 8 | Providing and fixing Pre-painted galvalume profile sheets (PPGL) 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness (TCT) with zinc aluminum alloy coating, in yield strength of minimum 550 mpa, as desired by Engineer-in-charge.The sheet shall be fixed using suitable hooks or self drilling / self tapping screws with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. The manufacturers / Brands / Makes of Sheets to be used in this work shall be : Durashine of M/s. TATA, Colouron+ of M/s. JSW or equivalent makes having following specifications: 1) Minimum yield strength of 550 MPa required for roofing work, 2) having AI-Zn alloy coating (55% Aluminium, 43.4% Zinc and 1.6% Silicon. (NOTE: Contractor should note that 70% payment of this item shall be released on the arrival of Sheets at site. Balance 30% payment shall be released after the execution of this item). |

| 14 | Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works. (3) This item is not payable against any above items from 1 to 9 and shall be payable only in case of any unforseen job. |
