charge, tool & tackles, handing over of serviceable materials to NPCIL store/as directed by EIC at all location &at all lifts/heights. etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge 73 Providing and Applying high build Acrylate Copolymers -based elastomeric waterproof coating for external wall, roof, parapet & Chajja, which is single component, cold applied, acrylic emultion polymeat at all locations fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste away from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. 74 Engaging JCB/ Backhoe of required capacity for removal & disposal ofsoil/earth,stone boulders,fallen wood /trees /tree branches, any other unwanted material/things, excavation works in all sort of soils, levelling of undulations, any other misc. works, etc., as directed by Engineer in charge at all locations. The rate shall be inclusive of hire charges for deploying JCB including its maintenance, operator wages /charges, diesel & lubricants required for JCB / Backhoe, tools & tackles required for the job,etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate shall be inclusive of cost incurred for taking all necessary permits and insurances. 75 EngagingTipper of capacity not less than 5.5 cum/load forloading & unloadng, shifting of soil, construction waste etc. at all locations. The rate shall be inclusive of hire charges for deploying Tipper including its maintenance, operator wages/charges, diesel & lubricants charges tools & tackles etc.all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Note: Rate shall be inclusive of cost incurred for taking all necessary permits and insurances. 76 Providing & installing 600 mm dia GI punched tape Concerting Coil of 10 m openable length, having 50 nos rounds per 6 m length overY shape posts with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core wire with tape and weight 43.478 g/m. Note: Stone/Granite will be paid in relevant item. 82 Supply of brand new Survey Instrument of good quality and good working condition including manufactures certificateforpermanent adjustment and other necessary documents and field demonstration including necessary calibration for the period of two year as and when required as follows: 83 Total Station - Latest model of Brand new Electronic total stations of Leica/Sokkia/Topcon Make or equivalent with minimum of following features: 1. Note: Aluminium material, if required will be measured & Paid under relevant item.
