The work related to engagement of an agency for operation, control and management of light system, sound system, stage shifting and ushering of Rabindra Okakura, Kolkata for three years term.- 1 Service charge in percentage for following works 2 (A) Operation, control and management of sound systemOperation, control and management of whole sound system of Rabindra Okakura auditorium with utmost care and sincerityby engaging two (2) Sound Operator (skilled) having sufficient technical knowledge of concerned field for the term of three years. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. The present rate of minimum wages vides order No.37/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dtd.04.12.2024 of Labour Deptt. is furnished below : Each Sound Operator (Skilled) : Rs.12,360/-(for 26 days) [ Daily :475/-]. For duty on weekly-off days, double of the daily rate will be paid. Beside minimum wages, EPF (Employer’s contribution), ESI (Employer’s contribution), bonus@ 8.33% will be paid as per rule in vogue.(B) Operation, control and management of light systemOperation, control and management of whole light system of Rabindra Okakura auditorium with utmost care and sincerity by engaging two (2) Light Operator (skilled) having sufficient technical knowledge of concerned field for the term of three years. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. The present rate of minimum wages vides order No. 37/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dtd.04.12.2024 of Labour Deptt. is furnished below : Each Light Operator (Skilled) : Rs.12,360/-(for 26 days) [ Daily :475/-]. For duty on weekly-off days, double of the daily rate will be paid. Beside minimum wages, EPF (Employer’s contribution), ESI (Employer’s contribution), bonus@ 8.33% will be paid as per rule in vogue.(C) Operation and management of Stage ShiftingOperation & management of stage shifting of Rabindra Okakura auditorium with utmost care and sincerity by engaging two (2) Shifter (Unskilled) having knowledge of concerned field & physical fitness for the term of three years. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. The present rate of minimum wages vides order No. 37/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dtd.04.12.2024 of Labour Deptt. is furnished below : Each Shifter (Unskilled) : Rs.10,214/-(for 26 days) [ Daily :393/-]. For duty on weekly-off days, double of the daily rate will be paid. Beside minimum wages, EPF (Employer’s contribution), ESI (Employer’s contribution), bonus @8.33% will be paid as per rule in vogue.(D) Control & management ofauditorium UsheringControl and management of ushering of Rabindra Okakura auditorium with care and sincerity throughout the stage show by engaging two (2) Usher (Semi-skilled) having knowledge of concerned field for the term of three years. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. The present rate of minimum wages vides order No. 37/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dtd.04.12.2024 of Labour Deptt. is furnished below : Each Usher (Semi-skilled) : Rs.11,236/- (for 26 days) [Daily:432/-]. For duty on weekly-off days, double of the daily rate will be paid.. Beside minimum wages, EPF(Employer’s contribution), ESI (Employer’s contribution), bonus @ 8.33% will be paid as per rule in vogue.Only Monthly service charge in percentage on total billing amount of monthly wages including EPF (Employer’s contribution), ESI (Employer’s contribution), bonus @ 8.33% as derived by aggregating amount of work (A), (B), (C) and (D) above is to be quoted.CGST and SGST will be paidat the rate in force at the time of raising bill by the successful bidder
