Washing & Cleaning of existing pipe line including supply and fitting fixing all necessary Accessories & Inter-connection from pump room of Pipe &Accessories as required in ward no.-1 to 21 different ward under Dankuni Municipality.- 1 Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches of drain or soil but excluding laterite and sand stone, but including removing spreading or track-ing the spoils within a lead of 75m.A directed and including trimming the side of the bottom, bailing or pumping out water trenches, leveling dressing and ramming etc.as required completea) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.5m (Not requiring shoring) 2 Dismantling all type of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75m. in ground floor including roof.a) Upto 150mm. Thick 3 Labour for Taking out old soling/edginig including removing debris.(a) Single brick flat soling 4 Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layers not exceeding 15cm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layera) with earth obtained from excavation of foundation. 5 Labour for cleaning & washing CI/DI/AC pipes line upto 150mm dia. Including srraping internal deposit if necessary as per direction of EIC. 6 Dewatering by pumps including all leads, lifts and making all arrangements of disposal, where continuous flow of water from a source other thannatural or ground water is encountered in case of emergency maintenance works related to leakage, breakage and making wet connections. [Note :- In case of any other situation demanding such emergency dewatering. use of this item is to be approved by the Superintending Engineer/TenderAccepting Authority. This item shall be executed on the specific direction duly supported by proper clarification of the E.I.C. who will be satisfiedin absolute discretion that such work has not been necessitated due to any natural source of water or any fault of the Contractor] 7 Disinfection of water main by filling with water containing bleching powder of sufficient quantity capable of maintaining a residual chlorine concentration of 10mg/ltr. within the main after a detention period of 2hrs. and flushing the same with fresh water all complete as per direction of EIC.a )100mm dia. 8 Cutting cast iron/ D.I pipes, rendering the surface smooth to make suitable for Robber gasket, lead joint as per instruction and direction of the E.I.C. of the foiiowing diametersa)100 mm. 9 Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand inlayers not exceeding 150 mm as directed andconsolidating the same by thorough saturation withwater, ramming complete including the cost of supplyof sand. (payment to be made on measurement offinished quantity) 10 Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand. 11 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) withgraded stone chips (20 mm nominal size)excluding shuttering and reinforcement ifany, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes 12 RUBBER GASKET Sinale/double bit SBR aasket suitable for jointing C.I/D.I pressure pipes ,conferminig I.S 5382-1985 (1 % cess charge included in Rate)a) 100 mm. dia. 13 D.I. Specials supplying All type of D.I Special (viz.Bend ,Tee,Taper ,End cap), size conferming to IS Specification 9523 -2000 with cement morter lining (inside) and bituminous coating (out side ) (25 % of payment will be held up till successful hydraulic testing) i) 80mm to 300mm 14 G.S.T (SGST 9%+CGST9%) 15 Cess-1%
