Tender For Sewer, Drain And Road Repair Work In Ward No. 100 Of Adarsh Nagar Zone - Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer. 2 Lime Concrete, cement concrete grade M-10 (1:5:10) and below 3 Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks 4 Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in concrete mixer, laid manually, compacted with surface vibrator, finishing and curing complete as per clause 601, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. 5 Providing and laying un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete mix in pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades complete as per drawing and as per clause 602, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. PCC M-20 6 Providing and making house service connections from water supply distribution uPVC/ DI/ CI pipe line upto water meter chamber inside the property using MDPE/ HDPE (Class-PE 80) PN 6 composite pipes for upto 5 metre length. The item consisting of composite pipes of MDPE/ HDPE pipe below the ground level and GI class B pipe above the ground level including supply and fixing of ferrules, clamps, rubber sheets, tapping, compression fittings etc, complete including all material, labour, testing and commissioning as per Technical Specifications and as per direction of Engineer. With MDPE pipe 20 mm Diameter MDPE below the ground & 15 mm GI pipe class B above the ground 7 40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 ( 1cement : 5 coarse sand) with joints finished flush. Average thickness 40 to 50 mm 24 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. 25 CARRIAGE OF MATERIALS (By Mechanical Means): Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking :: The rates will be applicable to net quantities after deduction of prescribed percentage for voids mentioned in the specification under subhead Carriage of Materials 26 Stone, boulders, gravelly material 5 Km 27 Beyond 5 Km upto 10 Km. per Km.
