Tender For Village Jainpur Jasad Mandir Road - WBM Grading-3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 2 Brick lining on both side of the road of M-150 Bricks 7cm wide 11cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of Brics finished to the required templet and in proper alignment and also including Drassing and ramming the Excavated earth by the Engineer- Incharge 3 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS-2 on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc also includinglabour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes (But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Technical Specificaton Clasue 502. 4 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade usingpressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Technical Specificaton Clasue(SI.NO. 503). 5 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 Bitumen required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling witha three wheele80-100kn static roller capacity,finished to required level and gradesto be followed by Type-C seal coat.required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.as per Technical Specification Clause. 508. 6 Providing and laying Type-C seal coat with VG-10 bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C.required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.as per technical specification clause 510. 7 (a) Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in theform of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 M. in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including remmingand dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M. liftand 30 M. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with-in 30 M. distance as directed by the Engineerincharge.(Royality removed by Govt. ) for small works/ Abadi area. 8 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5including all material, labour, taxes but excluding GST 9 Providing and fixing of sign Board, Shilanyas Board, Lokarpan Board etc.
