Ii)The Barrier Should Protect Against Acids, Alkalis, Resins, Paints, Varnishes, Hydro Carbon Solvents, Diesel Grease Chromates, Lubricating Oils & Phenolic Compounds. Iii) It Should Be Water Repellant & Non Greasy. Iv) It Should Be Hypoallergic & Allows Skin To Breathe. V) It Should Be Antibacterial & Non-Toxic. Vi) Oem/Distributor Shall Submit Details As Per Para 18A Of Cosmetic Act-1940, Indicating Viz Name, Address Etc.
