Tender For Repair & Renovation Of Water Testing Micro Lab, District- Muzaffarnagar - Repairing and Renovation of Water Testing Micro Lab 3 Scraping out of old existing paint including all material,labour T&P etc complete. 4 Dismentaling of damaged cement concrete floor including base concrete and stacking of dismentled materials within a distance of 60 metre. 5 Dismentaling of existingcement plaster including disposal of refisewithin a distance of 60 metre. 6 Ist class brick work in 1:6 cement and local sand mortar in super structure including supply of all material, labour & T&P etc. required for proper complition of work. 7 Tor steel or iron work in plain work such as RCC or RB work (when not including in overall rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper complition of the work including supply of steel and westage. 8 Reinforcement cement work in lintal & sunshades and slab with stone grit 20mm gauge in cement and course sand mortar 1:1.5:3 excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing in position with centering, shuttering, curing etc. complete. 9 Supply and fixing of MS angle iron choukhats of 40x 40x5 mm size including simple moulding straight work as in choukhats also supply of all material, labour & T&P etc. required for proper complition of work. 10 12mm thick plaster with cement local sand mortar in proportion 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 10mm including supply of all material, labour & T&P etc. required for proper complition of work. 11 Supply and fixing 6 to 8 mm thick ivory or light shades vitrefied tiles 600x600 mm size in flooring and skirting with 1:3 approved cement and course sand mortar finished with in its cement colour slurry,jointing and polished of approved quality complete, including supply of all material,labour,T&P etc complete. 12 Supply and fixing ofaluminium partition and aluminium doors for various compartments including supply of all materials,labour T&P etc complete 13 Supply and fixing of plumbering and sanitary work of existing lab including supply of alllabour T&P etc complete. 14 Supply and fixing of 12x18 inch sink (medium quality) including supply of alllabour T&P etc complete. 15 Electrification work in existing and newly renovated lab including supply of wire, switch board,switches,sockets,tubelight,LED Bulb,ceiling fan(05 nos) of havells compony, and all related material,labour T&P etc complete. 16 Supply and Installation of 18 inch good quality exhaust fanincluding supply of all material,installation etc complete. 17 supply and Installation of 2 ton voltas split AC(Inverter series) with suitable capacity stablizer including supply of all material,installation etc complete. 18 Finishing wall with water proof apex paint of approved make and quality on new work with 2 coats to give as even shade including supply of all material, labour & T&P etc. required for proper complition of work. 19 Supply and fixing of curtains for existing lab. 20 Repairing of damaged existingdoor and windows including supply of all requiredmaterial,labour T&P etc complete. 21 Supply and installation of inverter battery(200 Ah of exide company) for lab including supply,installation and warranty of 5 years. 22 supply and installation of inverter UPS (1080 VA of exide company) for lab including supply,installation and warranty of 2 years.
