Crane Capacity is estimated to 160 Ton (Tyre Mounted Crane with Fly Jib). However, Contractor must evaluate <(>&<)> provide suitable crane capacity in line with safety aspects with site inputs and load chart to be submitted to AM/NS for pre-approval. 2. Pre site visit is mandatory for contractor to assess and confirm the job, after awarding the order. Prior intimation 7 days shall be given by AM/NS before commencement of the work. 3. Crane must be in good condition with valid Fitness Certificate. Load Test details certified by competent authority to be submitted to AM/NS before commencing the job during period of contract. 4. The Contractor shall adhere to the stage-wise mobilization plan provided by AM/NS, ensuring that structural-related erection activities are prioritized and completed during the first visit before the scheduled annual shutdown. Later, equipment erection and integration activities must be completed during the second visit. 5. The second visit is just provisional to account for any possible delays in AM/NS shutdown plans, the job will be completed in single visit if structural works timeline adhere with shutdown plan and the job is continuous. This decision will be under complete discretion of AM/NS. 6. The requirement of manpower for crane operation shall be as under. 1. One Crane operator. 2. One supervisor for coordinating all site work permit formalities and overall job supervision assisting the operator on field and any other site formalities for completion of the job timely <(>&<)> safely. 7. Crane Operator must be competent and have good experience (minimum 5-7 years) in operating high-capacity cranes. 8. Crane Operator must have Safety Knowledge <(>&<)> site communication. 9. All consumables like Fuel, lubricants any other spares under contractor scope. 10. Working Hours in a Day: 12 hours including lunch 11. Mobilization <(>&<)> Demobilization charges are as per actuals. 12. No Provisional Overtime Charges (OT). 13. No payment shall be made on account of any local issues/weather conditions/Natural calamities. SPECIAL TERMS <(>&<)> CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT: 14. Work Schedule: As per instructions of AM/NS Engineer In-Charge. 15. Insurance for men and material in contractor scope. Co-ordination, Liasoning <(>&<)> Administration with all Govt <(>&<)> Non Govt agencies/Public issues if any is under scope of contractor. 16. The contractor shall arrange to provide necessary documents like insurance copy, driving license of crane operator to AM/NS. 17. Party shall conform to all statutory regulations. 18. The contractor is solely responsible for all risks arising out of contract and AM/NS will not be pay for any claims by the contractor or any third party. 19.
