CIDF Non-Raising Sluice Valves, PN 1.0 rating (Conforming to IS:14846) for delivery pipe line and wash out line.(MOC & TC needed for valve). 12 80mm dia. CIDF single door swing Non Return Valve, PN 1.0 rating (Conforming to IS:5312).(MOC & TC needed for valve). 13 Supply, delivery at site and storage of MS dismantling joint suitable for PN 1.0 rating for the following sizes for Individual DeliveryofHigh Lift Clear Water Pump sets. Nominal dia-80 mm 14 Supply, delivery ofMedium B class GI Pipesof DN 80( conforming to IS 1239 part-I 2004) and supplied dismantling jointfor delivery and common header lines on delivery side (suitable for PN 1.0rating )including necessary Flanges, Bends, Tees, nuts and bolts gaskets, reducers,enlarger etc. as required to make the delivery line complete for the two number mono block pump. 15 150mm dial Pressure gauge [Range 0-7kg/cm²] with glycerine filling inside the dial including brass cock and fitting complete [This cost includes 15mm. dia G.I. pipes and specials]. 16 Fitting & fixing of starter along with main switch, busbar etc. all electrical equipment within the pump house, drawing of cable properly on suitable size GI cable tray on wall / as per direction of EIC as per layout & IE rules and all connection with supply necessary materials, cable etc to complete the work, making arrangement with supply & fixing of materials as per direction of EIC & testing complete. 17 Supply & Making necessary GI Medium pipe (dia of pipe not less than 32mm) protection for submersible cable from kiox box to submersible pump-motor set including supply of all specials and complete the job. 18 Installation ofof above supplied openwell pumping machinery ,main switch,busbar, changeover,satrter at along with above supplied GI column pipes (as required),dismantling joint top cover, valves, and specials ,cableprotection pipe andclamp, nut bolt, cable gland socket etc. making inerconnection of the pump delivery line to pump collecting main line near CWR. includingcutting hole on top ofCWR and PCC base for pumps and supply & laying of cableprotection pipe as required and all to complete the job includingpainting of whole installationas per direction of EIC.[N.B: (1) Pump data is to be confirmed with the yeild test report of the tube well.(2) Third party inspection of the work is mandatory as per guidelines of NJJM and direction of EIC without any extra cost.(3) Drawing, design and make of the materials are to be approved from the EIC before procurement.] 19 Add: GST @ 18% on sum of Item No: 1 to 05 20 Add: Cess @1% on sum of Item No. 06
