Lighting and other repair work on the divider behind King City Placio Mall.; 1 Supply of Decorative Zig Zag Street light pole of height approximate 11 mtr high pole with double arm at heights of 11 mtr and 9 mtr respectively, as shown in drawing. Total pole length of 11 mtr of section of 12.436 mm length of 113.5 x 113.5x6 mm for a total height of 11 mtr in accordance to the drawing, with lumnaire mounting at 11 mtr and 9 mtr respectively. Pole made of MS square pipe of nominal wall thickness 6 mm + 10 % as per IS 4923:1997 standard. The pole shall have inbuilt junction box weather proof flush door junction cover fixing arrangement for pole at 600 mm above the base plate. Junction chamber of pole to accomdate 6 Amp MCB heavy duty connector block installed on bakelite sheet for inslulation from pole body. The pole shall be made of square hollow section (SHS) of 113.5 x 113.5 x 6 mm + 10 % for zig zag arm along with a heavy duty base plte dimensions 300 * 300 * 20 mm thickness. 8 rigid supports to connect pole to base plate to insure stability of pole to foundation plate and pole strength. Confirming to IP 66 protection complete in all respect.CAT-AAA (SI No 1455(a)/2018. 4 Supplyandlayingof aluminiumconductorPVCinsulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respect. The instrument chamber shall be separate and shall comprise of flush type digital metering system for phase to phase voltage and single phase voltage, current and other parameters(KVA,P.F,KW etc) in each phase with touch type selector switches for different readings, instrument fuses, current transformer etc. The panel board shall have suitable capacity electrolytic alumininum busbars as per IS8623 or above istulated with heat shrink sleeving and mountedon non hygroscopic supports such as CMC/BMC support with deteachable side covers and shall be suitable for extension on the sides.
