    Tender Details

    tender for Preparation of DPR regarding construction of 3200MT food grain storage godown at Khargram. Topographical survey should be done by total station instrument for preparation of Site plan/Map and cross section with special emphasis for solution of internal/ External drainage. All sections are to be generated from land survey and E/W has to be computed on the basis of such sections. Design of pavement to be done considering 60 tons capacity truck movement. Estimate to be prepared as per latest SOR of P.W.D, P.W.(ROADS), schedule of work with current corrigenda and addenda and as per relevant codal provision. For any non-scheduled item market rate has to be analyzed through at least 4 nos. quotations. Preparation of Architectural drawings including civil, electrical , mechanical Sanitary & Plumbing work and fire protection system etc with ancillaries like roads (internal road, underground drainage system & rain water harvesting scheme, water supply arrangement, Deep tube well, which include the topographical survey including Contour Map, Soil Investigation etc. Preparation of Structural Design and foundation design with calculations (STADD file must be submitted) & detailed drawings. Preparation of detailed drawings for construction of all internal and external utility services as required for the project, including relevant calculations. Preparation of Bill of Quantities based on latest SOR PWD Govt. of West Bengal with corrigendum for civil, S&P and Electrical Works for tendering. As built drawings must be submitted. All drawings & documents should be submitted in the form of soft (Both CAD & PDF) and hard copy (6 copies) Structural Design to be vetted from Govt. Institution like JU, BESU, IIT, NIT.
