    Supply Of Ntegrated Wtcc For Lhb Gs & Scnntegrated Wtcc For Lhb Gs & Scn,Integrated Wtcc For Lhb Gs & Scn Amrit Bharat Coaches Note:-Firm Shall Co Llect All Latest/Final Drawings Before Manufacturing. There May Be Minor Modification In Design To Suit Railway Requirement & Modification To Be Carried Out By Firm At No Fu Rther Cost To Railway., As Per Drawing: Lg10486 Alt. A, Packing Instruction: 1. The Supplier Sh All Pack The Integrated Wtcc In A Suitably Designed Returnable Fixture In Such A Way Th At Integrated Wtcc Shall Not Get Scratched, Damaged, Twisted During Transportation, Storage And Lifting And To Avoid Scratches On Outer Surface. It Should Be Wrapped Wit H Enviroment Friendly Material And It Should Have Standard Clamping /Fastening Mecha Nism So That It Can Be Opened Easily. It Should Have Firms Identification Mark. 2. First Re Turanable Fixture Along With Integrated Wtcc Be Retained By Rcf & This Fixture Shall Be Exchanged In The Second Lot Supply And So On. At The End Of The Contact, The Firm S Hall Collect The Remaining Returnable Packing Fixture From Rcf. 3. The Packing Fixture/ Frame To Be Fabricated Having Sufficient Strenght To Bear Approximate 1 Tonne Load In Static & Moving Condition Of Two Coach Set Of Integrated Wtcc. 4. The Fixture /Frame/Pa Llet Should Be Designed So That The Packed Wtcc Remain Preferably In Horizontal Posit Ion To Minimize Surface Area. 5. It Should Also Be Suitable For Storage Of Integrated Wt Cc Under Open Sky. [ Warranty Period: 30 Months After The Date Of Delivery ] ]
