    Tender For A/Mt/W/S Scheme Kamalpura Providing & fixing C.I/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and Bronze (gunmetal) working parts Sluice Valves ISI marked 14846- 2000, including jointing, testing & cost of Nut, Bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete(150mm i/d) (B) Providing & fixing double air valve ISI Marked as per IS-14845 including jointing all carriages complete. C.I Double air valve (Size 50mm) (1 No.) (C) Supplying and laying C.I. Specials as per IS: 1538 complete as desired by Engineer-in- Charge conforming to ISI specifications. Note: If C.I specials of ISI Marked are used instead of specials confirming to ISI Specifications, than 10% extra on rates of this item will be paid. (C.I. specials up to 300mm i/d) 6 Assembly 2no x 12Kg = 24 Kg 6 D/F bend 1 no x 47Kg = 47 Kg 6x6 Bend 1 no x 31Kg = 31 kg 6 Tail Piece 2no x 26Kg = 52 Kg 6x6x6 Tee 1 No x 45Kg = 45 Kg (D) Supplying and fixing of ISI Marked CI D-joint (complete with nut, bolts & rubber ring) as per IS:8794 for repair of pipe line including cutting , jointing and testing etc. but excluding cost of excavation complete (150 mm) ( 2 No.) (E) Providing, Laying , fixing & jointing of P.V.C. Pipes as per ISI-4985 (ISI marked with the prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge) along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting, jointing and testing complete as per specifications. (63mm) (31 Mtr.) (F) Providing, Stringing out, cutting, Jointing and testing of C.I. Double Flanged pipes with screwed flanged as per IS:1536, class-B (ISI marked with the prior approval of Engineer-in Charge) and laying the same in trenches to correct alignment and gradients, including cost of nut bolts and rubber insertion complete including all cartage. (150mm i/d pipe lines laid complete) (1.50 Mtr.)
