In all types soils/saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc. Depth upto 1.5 m 3 Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid manually, compacting with surface vibrator, finishing and curing complete as per clause 601, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. 4 Reinforcement for R.C.C. work at all levels including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Hot rolled deformed bars 5 Centring and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stories ( each story of height upto 3.5 metre from floor level) including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. 6 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto two stories excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar. 7 Supplying and stacking good earth at site of work. The CC paving blocks be laid on average 50mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined.Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc. complete as per specifications. 13 Providing and laying M30 grade controlled cement concretepavements including mixing and vibrations concrete with necessary needle vibrators and surface with screed board vibrating complete in all respect with 20/25 mm stone aggregate (crusher broken)ncluding anti-skid textured finish to required camber/ super elevation and grade including curing etc. as per specification with cement concrete M-30 grade including cost of Steel frame work for sides of C.C. pavement consisting of M. S. channels flats and angles with required steel pegs ( some of them may left embedded in concrete/ including providing frame work) (only for Building Campus) including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 14 Providing and laying marking of center line and stop line etc with hot thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick on road/ plain surface, including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area with special applicator machine, as per IRC:35 including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control involved. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per clause 803 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. 15 Supply & Fixing PVC Spreed Breaker of Size 350 x 250 x 50mm in Black/Tello colour with corrugated design on it, make Road Star GP 1005/Dark Eye DA1005 or equivalent, including fixing base on road with cement grit, sand, epoxy and with four nails at corners complete in all respect. In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc.Depth upto 1.5 m 17 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stoneaggregate 20 mm nominal size). 18 Supplying and fixing machine cut dressed 75 mm Pink sand stone (Bansi Paharpur) dasa/ coping with ornamental shape having moulding and PAN Shape engraving as per required pattern with engraving depth of 5 mm (average) in single piece of length 90 cm to be laid on cement mortar 1:4 (12 to 20mm thick) including pointing with admixture of pigment matching with the stone shade. 19 Providing and fixing dry cladding upto 10 metre heights with 30mm thick gang saw cut stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size upto 1mx1m, fixed to structural steel frame work and/ or with the help of cramps, pins etc. and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant as per Architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The steel frame work, stainless steel cramps and pins etc. shall be paid for separately.) Red sand stone. 20 Flooring with Cobble stone of approx. Size 125x125x75 mm (thick) laid on 25 mm average thick cement mortar 1:3( 1 cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone, laid in approved pattern complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 21 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
