Pipe (25 NB) 19 Following works are to be carried out at 132 KV SS Bilaspur ETD-Rampur for the construction of new 33 KV M/s Shasikanta Metal cast Pvt Ltd BAY along with associated works including all cost of men, misc consumables, T&P, Crane etc. to complete the Job satisfactorily 20 Carriage of Structures 21 Proper Shifting, sorting, counting weighting, loading & stacking of Stubs/Gantry Structures on Trucks arranged by the contractor including transportation from storage location to the loading site. CCM - 1.435MTCGM-0.629MT ABL- 1.364MTALP- 1.694MTStructure Black , ABL-0.045 MT 22 Safe carriage of the Stubs/Gantry Structures loaded on trucks duly arranged by the Contractor from Stockyard/Stores of E.F.U. Naini Allahabad/any substation under upptcl to 132 KV S/S Bilaspurwith all due care of safety & precautions during transit required for the job including the insuranc/fare/toll tax etc. of all the trucks. 23 Unloading of Structures at the 132KV Bilaspur, Rampur including transportation of the structures from the unloading site to the main work site 24 Erection of main and auxiliary structures with Main and Transfer Bus Extension 25 Main & Auxiliary Structure Lattice type 26 Erection of following Equipments as per instruction manual and technical specifications including shifting of material from Central Stores/Site Store to Erection Site including all associated works. 27 36 KV VCB with structure 28 36 KV CT (400-200/1/1/1) 29 36 KV CT Junction Box. 30 36KV PT 31 36KV PT Junction Box 32 30KV LA 33 36 KV BI without earth blade 34 36 KV LI with earth blade 35 Junpering,Stringing, Destringing, Extension etc. of various Equipments/Bus Sections 36 Extension,Laying and Stringing of 33 KV Main Bus of Zebra conductor having length 12 meter (02 No. for each phase 2*3) 37 Extension,Laying,Stringing of 33 KV Jack Bus of Panther conductor having length 12 meter (01 No. for each phase 1*3) 38 Jumpering of varous equipments with Twin ACSR Panther Conductor in new 33 KV M/S Shashikanta Metal cast bay after due cutting and bending of conductor and fixing |& tightening etc of the Conducotr/Clamps/Connectors/Spacers etc. 39 Erection of CRP Panel and Metering cubicle including shifting etc. 40 Erection of new 33 KV Tripple Feeder Control and Relay Panel in Control Room of 132 KV S/S Bilaspur, Rampur including grouting, earthing & termination of control panels, as per cable schedules including Providing & Fixing of Cable Glands of appropriate sizes and ferrules etc. with all othr associated works as per technical specification. 41 Erection of Energy meter cubicle with proper connection of wiring to CT and PT junction box also providing Auxillary AC or DC supply to ABT meter as feasible according to site requirement 42 Providing and laying of following sizes GI pipes for pilfer proof Metering CT/PT Junction Boxes in 33KV M/S Shashikanta Metal Cast Bay in Switchyard to metering cubicle box in control room for laying of control cables through GI pipes as per site requirement alongwith associated work such as cutting,making,threads for fitting of sockets ,elbows,dressing etc. with due earthing of laid GI pipe at each end also made shade for metering cubicle. 43 2 dia G.I Pipe 44 Laying of following sizes Control Cables in the Cable Trenches from Control and Relay Panels in Control Room to various Equipments, Junction Box etc. In Swithcyard as per cable schedule, its sdding with 25x3 mm size inculding carriage of Cable Drums from Stores to work site & shifting back to stores including all other associated works required for the satisfactorily completion of the Job as per technical specification. 45 Laying of 2Cx2.5 sq. mm size Control Cable 46 Laying of 4Cx2.5 sq. mm size Control Cable 47 Laying of 6Cx2.5 sq. mm size Control Cable 48 Interconnection & termination of the above laid contorl cables between Control and Relay Panels & Erected equipments i.e. CB, CT, CT Junction Box, PT, PT Junction, box. Including making necessary holes in Gland Plates or Boxes where ever required along with supply of Cable glands of appropriate size and providing of Ferrules for each core of the cables & its termaination with crimping type Copper Lugs alongwith preparation of interconnection Drawing and Commissioning of the Panel/Feeders in co-ordination with T&C Wing including providing 02 sets of Hard Copies of as executed Interconnection Drawing including all other associated works required for the satisfactorily compietion of the Job as per technical specifiation. (01 Job for Each Bay) 49 EARTHING-Cutting, Straightening and Laying 700 mm below inside ground & above ground of 40 mm dia size M.S. Flats (To be providing by the department) as per requirement for Earthing of newly erected equipments and Structures as above including welding with main Earthmat and with the object to be earthed including excavation, backfilling, painting of the Earthmat above ground level in Bus Green colour including all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily also do earthing of shifted station transformer with required Ms flat as per Technical Specifications 50 Earthing of Main/Aux./ Structures and Equipments with 50x6mm size M.S. Flat 51 Earthing ofMain/Aux/ Structures and Equipments with 75x10mm size M.S. Flat 52 Earthing of cable trenches with 25x10mm Size MS flat 53 Earthing of control panels at point each panels 54 Painting of Earthing strips above ground level with one coat or Red oxide and two coat of synthetic/enamel paint and with black Bitumen paint below ground level as per etails below: 55 50x6 mm (in green color) 56 75x10mm (in green color) 57 25x10mm (in green color) 58 Shifting/Erection of Substation transformer 250KVA, 33/0.4KV due to BUS extension also providing Three phaseDG set during shifting and erection work till work completion for backup supply for AC system at 132KV substation Bilaspur also Mounting of LED floodlight on extended Gantry for proper lighting during work 59 33/0.4KV ,250KVA T/F 60 33KV fuse set 61 Laying of LT XLPE cable AI 3.5x400mm below the minimum of 50cm from ground level through the trench to be made with first class brick and filling of sand after laying of cable and covered by brickas per technical specification and ramming earth including installation of cable root marker at on interval of 10meter 62 Terminination of Laying of LT XLPE cable AI 3.5x400mm at both ends 63 Jumpering of 240kva transformer with 33kv bus via 33kv bus/fuse set isolator complete in all respect including cutting conductors carraige from store 64 Electrical Safety Processing fees needed for providing all relevant safety clearances documents from electrical safety department for energisation of the above commisioned 33KV M/s Shashikanta metal cast BAY for the following. 65 33KV BAY 66 33KV LA
