    Providing Of Manpower For 33Kv R Stns And 33Kv Lines In Respect Of Stdi Jpdcl Jammu-Providing of manpower at 11 No. Receiving Stations (as per the list enclosed in the SBD at various locations in Jammu district under the jurisdiction of STD-I, JPDCL, Jammu.77 No. Staff per Receiving Station for 365 days (11 R/Stns. x7 Persons x365days = 28105 man days)Quoted rates should include all the following including taxes: a) Basic rateb) ESIC EMPLOYERS CONTRIBUTION@3.25% of Basic ratec) EPF EMPLOYERS CONTRIBUTION@12% of Basic rated) PF EMPLOYERS DEPOSIT LINK INSURANCE EDLI@0.5 % of Basic ratee) ADMINISTRATION CHARGES@0.5 % of Basic ratefe) f) CONTRACTOR’S PROFIT (to be included in quoted rate mandatorily)g) GST @18% on (a to f) The tender value has been calculated with marginal contractors profit. Bidder quoting rates without Contractorss Profit will be considered as Non Responsive Bidder and will be outrightly rejectedAlso Note that the rates quoted will accpted upto 2 decimal places.
