Tender For Road Safty Work On Charahe And T Junction At Shikohabad Mustfabad Road Odr - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm over bitumens surface on the prepared for bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom Including all cost of Material, Labour & T&P all taxes, labour cess etc but Excluding GST. 2 Providing & Laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Grading 2 with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per centby weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects Including all cost of Material, Labour & T&P all taxes, labour cess etc but Excluding GST. 3 Providing and laying bituminous concrete Grading-II with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. Including all cost of Material, Labour & T&P all taxes, labour cess etc but Excluding GST. 4 Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 mm thick including reflectrorising glass beeds @ 250gms per sqm area thickness of 2.50mm is excludive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes (chapter 20,no.-24) 5 Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to th ground by means of properly dsignd foundation with M-15 grade cment conc. 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground lvel as per approved drawing
