Ward No 22 Various Prakrti Civil Construction And Maintenance Work Various Other Palace Work 11 Nit 34- 2 Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer. Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks 3 Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level. In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc. Depth upto 1.5 m 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 6 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings. This included jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge. This included jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge. External work, 25 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes. 8 Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking :: Earth, 5KM 9 Providing and fixing of 60mm thick precast cement concrete interlocking paver block casted with rubber moulds in approved reflective colour and design having minimum compressive strength of 300 kg/ sq cm. The CC paving blocks be laid on average 50mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc. complete as per specifications. 10 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 11 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar, 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand) 12 40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 ( 1cement : 5 coarse sand) with joints finished flush. Red sand stone 13 Providing and fixing stone slab covering of required size over drains including filling of joints with cement sand mortar 1:3 complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Average thickness 60 to 75 mm 14 Providing and fixing of reinforced Ferro-Cement drain covers designed for A class loading duly marked on cover with adequate steel reinforcement having thickness 75mm to 150mm anti corrosive bitumen painted M.S. plate , Rim and M.S. lifting hooks, Admixtures like plasticizer, bond improving compound, shrinkage, resistance compound, abrasion resistant complete as per approved design etc. Standard Size 600x800mm (75mm thick) for span 300 to 450mm 15 Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer. Bituminous courses 16 Providing, laying, spreading (with paver finisher only) and compacting wet mix macadam (WMM) base course comprising of graded stone aggregate and granular material conforming to MORT&H specifications (Table 400-II) in layers of equal compacted thickness each consolidated, including pre-mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tippers to site, laying in uniform layers in base course on a well prepared sub-base/ base course and compacting with power vibratory-roller to achieve the desired density complete as per MoRT&H specification clause - 406 including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. 17 Scarifying existing granular road surface, including picking up scarified material and stacking of old serviceable material within a lead of 1000 meters complete as per clause 305.4.3 of MoRT&H specification including all labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. 18 Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface with bitumen emulsion as per IS: 8887 and approved quality @ 0.2 kg/sqm with the help of spray set fitted on bitumen Container (boiler) after cleaning the surface with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and compressed air to receive bituminous treatment complete as per clause 502 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. 19 Extra for additional bitumen emulsion used in above item for every 1 kg per 10 sqm 20 Providing and laying open graded premix carpet 20mm thick (compacted), on prepared surface in a single course as wearing course, composed of specified graded crushed stone aggregate as per Table 500-23, premixed with bituminous binder @ 14.60 kg/ 10sqm (including Cost of anti-stripping compound Minimum 1% in Lime/Cement as per design wherever required), including loading of material with F.E. loader, hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in computerised hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying with paver finisher fitted with electronic sensor control to the required level and grade, compacting smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity and finishing to required level to achieve the desired density as per clause 511 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion but excluding cost of tack coat/ seal coat. With Bitumen VG-grade 30 21 Providing and laying premixed seal coat using hot mix plant and paver finisher with aggregate of 6.7mm size defined as 100% passing through 11.20mm sieve and retain on 2.36mm sieve with 0.09 cum per 10 sqm premix with bitumen binder @ 4.5% and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne complete as per clause 513 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. Jhunjhunu / Jalore (Red / Chocolate Colour) 1501 Cm2 to 3600 Cm2 Tiles 37 Extra for providing edge moulding to 15-18mm thick marble/ Granite stone counters, Vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Granite Work 38 Grading roof for water proofing treatment with water proofing compound Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 39 Brick work with mechanised autoclaved flyash lime bricks conforming to IS: 12894 :2002 of class designation 100 in superstructure above plinth level upto two stories in, Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand). 40 Kota stone slab flooring 25mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : Area of each slab 900 to 2000 sqcm 41 Kota stone slabs 25 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete. 42 Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces. 43 S&F following sizes (dia.) of ISI marked virgin material MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) PVC conduit along with ISI marked (IS:3419-1988) accessories as required in recess including cutting the wall, covering conduit and making good the same as required.
