Tender For Nc Double Column Jig Grinding Machine With All The Accessories; 1.0 Description of Machine: CNC double column Jig Grinding Machine with all the accessories. The machine should be capable of generating a wide variety of precision ground holes, contours and surfaces through the combined motions of the X, Y, Z, W, C & U axes. Grinding modes include, the planetary hole grinding, slot grinding, interpolated contour and chop grinding, wipe grinding, taper grinding and bottom grinding. 2.0 Scope (on turn-key basis.): 2.01 Scope of Supply of machine: Design manufacture, supply, erection/commissioning will be done by supplier 2.02 Firm to specify Model / Make of the machine offered & provide the detailed catalogue. 2.03 The pre-dispatch inspection of the machine will be conducted at manufacturers end by satisfactorily geometrical accuracy, machining trials with NAS/std test piece as well as grinding trials with one number job each in hard condition of Drawing. No. SK-6379 (Drawings attached). The finished trial components to be verified by CMM metrology at supplier’s premises, the firm will bear the cost. 2.04 After sales service, confirmation to supply of spares for adequate period of at least 10 years of CNC JIG GRINDING MACHINE is the sole responsibility of firm. 2.05 The machine should be supplied in the condition ready for the use at Small arms factory Kanpur including, first filling of oils lubricants, with all accessories, etc. 2.06 During commissioning & final acceptance of the machine will be subject to conduction of satisfactorily geometrical accuracy, machining trials with NAS/std test piece as well as grinding trials with one number job each in hard condition of Drawing. Instruments for accuracy and consumable for test to be arranged by the firm. 3 Standard Features 3.01 High Positioning Accuracy with direct measuring system. 3.02 Hydrostatic/ Mechanical Quill Guiding System for Z axis. 3.03 Electric Motors with infinitely variable speed. 3.04 Central Lubrication system. 3.05 Machine Bed with high quality hand scrapped seasoned cast iron grade/ polymer concrete. 3.06 X, Y, Z, U and C axes - Linear and circular interpolation. W axis for Vertical positioning only. 3.07 Z-Drive construction with linear /Servo motor system, Z-axis strokes should be infinitely variable. 3.08 Tool Radius compensation and feed rate calculation along with path. 3.09 C-Interpolation axes in relation to XY axes. 3.10. U-Programmable feed axis (Parallel to X-axis) with automatic bore grinding cycle for bores of different diameters. Resolution of the measuring system 0.0001 mm 3.11 Machine should be provided with full enclosure. 3.12 Coolant system should be provided to improve grinding quality/accuracy. 3.13 Multisensoric system. 3.14 Automatic calibration of grinding wheel diameter. 3.15 ISO / DIN and suppliers users software. 3.16 Machine cycles over G-functions to be provided. 3.17 Contour Grinding Cycle X,Y 3.18 Shoulder Grinding Cycle 3.19 Dressing Cycle menu 3.20. All switches should be within reach of operator for easy & safe operation. All displays/indications should also be conveniently placed accordingly 09.01.02 The entire machine functions should be organized & optimized by a CNC Control System suitable for 4 Axis simultaneous interpolation. 09.01.03 CNC system shall have RJ-45 port / USB port / Ethernet port to support communication with other devices. .... more in document
