Tender For Civil Work At Gasss Kalaoona Bilaraunder Major Repair Work - Dismantling stone slab/ terrazo chip flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead.(roof) 2 Dismantling old plaster or skiting,ranking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster incl.disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr lead 3 Grading roof for water proofing treatment withwater proffing compoundCement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 4 P&L 20 to 25 mm size glazed tiles pieces for roof treatment having clour and shade as approved by the Engineer incharge over 25 mm thick layer of cement mortar mix 1:4 with application of cement slury including fininshing of joints with ordinary cement and curing etc. complete in all respect. Washing with acid. 5 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished: 25 mm thick. 6 Coping:Cement concrete flooring grade 1:2:4 (1-Cement:2-Coarse sand:4-graded stone aggregate) rounding off edges etc. but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete : 50 mm thick with 20 mm thick nominal size aggregate. 7 Black Board Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:3 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished, 20mm thick 8 Providing batta (gola) 75mm x 75mm in cement concrete (1:2:4) including finished with cement mortar 1:3 as per standard design. 9 Pointing on stone masonry in cement sandmortar 1:3 (1-Cement:3-Sand) : Flush or rulledpointing. 10 Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shadetogive an even shade including all scaffolding:Old work (One or more coats). 11 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding Newwork(twoormorecoats)overandincludingscrappingandprimingcoatwithcement primer.:
