Tender For Civil Work At Gasss Dhanari Kallan Baori Under Major Repair Work- 1 Dismantling stone slab/ terrazo chip flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead.(Floor) 2 Dismantling stone slab/ terrazo chip flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead.(roof) 3 Dismantling old plaster or skiting,ranking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster incl.disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr lead 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering =All up to plinth leve 1:4:8 (1Cement :4 Course Sand :8 Graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size (Flooring) 5 Grading roof for water proofing treatment withwater proffing compoundCement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 6 Polished Blue Kota Stone flooring skirting, laid over 20 mm thick base of C.M. 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete : For area of each slab up to 901 to 2000Sq. Cm : (A) 25 mm thick slab. Deduct from Item No.11.35 & 11.37 for using Kota stone other than blue in colour 7 P&L 20 to 25 mm size glazed tiles pieces for roof treatment having clour and shade as approved by the Engineer incharge over 25 mm thick layer of cement mortar mix 1:4 with application of cement slury including fininshing of joints with ordinary cement and curing etc. complete in all respect. Washing with acid. 8 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished: 25 mm thick. 9 Coping:Cement concrete flooring grade 1:2:4 (1-Cement:2-Coarse sand:4-graded stone aggregate) rounding off edges etc. but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete : 50 mm thick with 20 mm thick nominal size aggregate. 10 Black Board Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:3 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished, 20mm thick 11 Providing batta (gola) 75mm x 75mm in cement concrete (1:2:4) including finished with cement mortar 1:3 as per standard design. 12 Pointing on stone masonry in cement sandmortar 1:3 (1-Cement:3-Sand) : Flush or rulledpointing.
