Tender For Installation And Commissioning Services At Ehppl, Barc-Kalyan , 1 Mounting of IP Fixed box Camera in existing Camera housing or Fixed dome camera on wall/Ceiling/False Ceiling/ Pole 2 Mounting of IP PTZ camera on wall / pole/ Ceiling. 3 Mounting of Network Switches & LIU/ encoder/ PoE Extender inside existing network racks/ Junction Box with termination of Cat6 Cable and Power Cable (with Metal Glands - two glands per Rack/ JB) 4 Mounting of Servers, Storages etc. with termination of Cat6/ FO Cable/ Armoured Power Cables/ Unarmoured power Cables/ Earthing Cable in 42U Server Rack. 5 Mounting of 75-inch Professional Display on wall/ mounting stand. 6 Mounting of 55-inch Professional Display on wall/ mounting stand. 7 Mounting of PIR+MW device on 2m pole using pole/wall mounting bracket 8 Mounting of Explosion Proof Junction Box (300X250X200 mm size) on wall. 9 Laying of CAT 6 inside HDPE conduit/ Cable Tray 10 Pulling of armoured FO cable/ Single Armoured Power Cable in the conduit/ Cable tray 11 F.O splicing of 6 core FO cable with end-to-end connectivity testing (splicing cost per cable of 6 core) 12 Laying of HDPE conduits in the existing trench / tray 13 Road cutting to a depth of 300 mm and supply & laying of ISI certified GI conduits/ pipe (50mm nominal bore, medium class, 3.6mm thickness) to lay cables inside GI conduits. 14 Erection of 4.5 Mtr Pole including civil foundation 15 Erection of 2 mtr pole with necessary grouting /foundation 16 Erection of 6 Mtr Pole including civil foundation 17 Installation of Miscellaneous items like Small Junction boxes, PDBs, MCBs, connectors, din rails, terminals and other installation material. 18 Removal of Existing Box Camera incl. housing/ PTZ Camera on Wall/ 6m Pole (120 Cameras) along with removal of its Video and Power cable from Camera-to-Camera Junction Box (Power and Video Cable about 2400m)
