    Tender For Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation, Trial Run And Commissioning Of Blast Freezer At Old Delhi Road, Serampore, West Bengal.- Blast Freezer: Design, Manufacturing & Supply of Blast Freezer Evaporator (SS Casign), Semi hermetic Screw Compressor with Air Cooled Condenser, VFD and other Panels as per specifica-tion Refrigeration Controls, Refrigeration Piping & Drain Piping (upto 18 RMT), Electrical cabling(upto 18 RMT), Trap Alarm, Digital Temp Indicator, First charge of Refrigerant gas, integra-tion with existing PLC system complete in all respect as per Technical Specification of the Tender. Electrical Cables of additional length beyond length mentioned in above items. Copper Pipes, Insulations of additional length beyond length mentioned in above items. GI Drain Pipes with insulation, as required, of additional length beyond length mentioned in above items. Installation, Testing, Trial Run & Commissioning of the above mentioned items of the Refrigeration System. Structural Steel-Providing, fabricating and installation, true line, welding, bolting, surface preparation, painting with 2 (two)coats of anti-corrosive Hi-build epoxy paint over 1 ( coat of suitable epoxy primer, Structural Steelwork at all levels using rolled section, pipes, MS plate, chequered plates, GI ings, anchor bolts, anchor fasteners etc. for pipe line supports, fixing of equipment, hanging of evaporator, mounting of outdoor unit, working platform beside outdoor unit, staircase/steps cessing the units, hand railing etc.
