| 1 | The work of erection of 33 KV/11 KV Overhead Lines/Poles from Banda-Chilla Main Road to Vill. Piparahari Mod due to road widthening from Palra-Pailani Marg (Anya Zila Marg) fed from 33/11 KV Sub-Station, PALRA of EDSD, PAILANI under FULL DEPOSIT SCHEME 2024-25 under EDD, BANDA (BABERU), including carriage of all required material from ESC Banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. The bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. Any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. The material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard including transportation, if any. Details of the work as given below ;- |
| 2 | Safe cartage of 11 Mtr. long ST poles from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work. |
| 3 | Safe cartage of 13 Mtr. long ST poles from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work. |
| 4 | Safe cartage of line material viz. conductor, cable, G.I. earth wire, cross arm, angle, channel, insulator, clamps and other line material from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work. |
| 5 | Erection of SP structure on 11/13 Mtr. long ST poles, including complete 33 KV/H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. |
| 6 | Grouting of SP structure on 11/13 Mtr. long ST poles, including complete 33 KV/H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESSPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each). All grouting material arranged by contractor at his own cost. |
| 7 | Erection and grouting of stay set with nozelling & binding as per norms. |
| 8 | Fixing of earthing rod as per RESSPO manual. |
| 9 | Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering etc. of ACSR Dog Conductor on the erected poles as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. |
| 10 | Supply & erection/fixing of Cross arm holding clamp for ST pole alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). |
| 11 | Supply & erection/fixing of 33 KV F-Clamp for ST Poles alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). |
| 12 | Supply & erection/fixing of 11 KV F-Clamp for ST Poles alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). |
| 13 | Supply & erection/fixing of Guarding Angle 50x50x6x2500 mm. with clamp alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). |
| 14 | Supply & erection/fixing of Nut-Bolts & Washers of suitable size alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). |
| 15 | Supply & erection/fixing of Stone Pad alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). |

| 20 | Chopping of Tree Branches coming in the vicinity of the 33 KV/11 KV lines during the execution of above work. |
| 21 | Dismentling & removal of existing/erected old line/poles due to shifting with all accessories and carriage of ST/PCC/Rail poles, conductor & scrap line material from site to store centre along with loading/unloading on both sides. |
