No. Item Description 1 Details of Work 2 Construction of 01 no. 33 KV Bhaura Danda Pump Canal Bay alongwith other associated works at 132 KV S/S Bharua Sumerpur under ETD Hamirpur, with all cost of men, misc. materials, consumables, T&P etc. required for satisfactory completion of the work as per Technical Specification and Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below:- 3 Laying of 40mm dia. M.S. round bar 600 mm below ground level including cutting, welding, painting, excavation of trench, partially on rocky land and fishered soil, its back filling and all other associated works to complete the work satisfactorily as per drawing and technical specification for construction of 01 No. proposed 33 KV Bhaura Danda Pump Canal bay at 132 KV S/S Bharua Sumerpur. 4 Cutting, Fabrication and fixing of angle iron by welding including cost of electrodes, labour, T&P. Details of every job includes - (a) Taking out scrap angle heap of scrap, cutting the cleats of 2X(25x6) mm angle iron & shifting back the scrap (scrap angle iron will be provided by department).(b) Fixing of cleats of angle iron by welding including cost of electrodes, labor, T&P. 5 Fabrication of 03 Mtr. long Electrode with 40mm dia. M.S. round bar having 150 mm long conical shape and then its piercing vertically in side the ground with top 500mm.below ground level and its welding with earthmat including all labour and T&P. 6 Laying & Stringing of 33 KV Main Bus of Moose conductor having length 18 meter (1 no. for each Phase). Work includes connecting new bus section with existing 33 KV Bus with jumpering under the supervision of Junior Engineer incharge after taking proper shutdown. 7 Erection of following auxiliary structures of 33 KVbus isolator, line isolator and 03 Nos. CT for construction of 01 No. proposed 33 KV Designco Pvt. Ltd. Solar bay at 132 KV S/S Patara, Hamirpur. :- (a) 02 Nos. ABL(b) 09 Nos. ALP(c) 02 Nos. EKR(d) 01 Nos. BMR/BBR(e) 02 Nos. CCM (f) 01 Nos. CGM 8 Erection of following equipments as per instruction manual and technical specification including shifting of material/equipments from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. 9 36 KV VCB Circuit Breaker 10 36 KV Bus Isolator without earth switch 11 36 KV Line Isolator with earth switch 12 36 KV CT 13 33 KV CT/PT Junction Box 14 33 KV PT 15 33 KV CT/PT Junction Box 16 33 KV LA 17 33 KV Triple Feeder C&R Panel 18 Cutting,strengthening,bending,laying 600mm. below in side ground and above ground of following size of MS Flat for earthing of auxiliary structure, equipment structure and its material etc. including welding with main earthmat and with object to be earthed /excavation of trenches its back filling. 19 50X6mm 20 Interconnection of above equipments and bus bar including cutting, bending of Panther conductor and jumpering, clamping along with all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per drawing and technical specn. to complete the job satisfactorily. 21 Painting of earth riser and earthing flat of aboveauxiliary structures and equipments having following size by applying one coat of red oxide and two coats of bus green color of Nerolac/Berger/Asian. 22 50X6mm 23 Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trench from control relay panel to various equipments/ marshalling boxes/J.B. etc. in switch yard as per cable schedule, its saddling at every 75cm. distance with Al saddles of size 25x3 mm. Size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per technical specification. 24 2CoreX2.5 sq.mm 25 4CoreX2.5 sq.mm 26 6CoreX2.5 sq.mm 27 Termination of following sizes of control cable as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands plates or box wherever required, providing and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, supply and providing ferrules and Nos. for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs of Dowell/Tension make and all other associated work to complete the jobs satisfactorily as per technical specification. 28 2Cx2.5 Sq. mm. Unarmoured 29 4Cx2.5 Sq. mm. Unarmoured 30 6Cx2.5 Sq. mm. Unarmoured 31 Supply and fixing of 120 watt LED Lamps Cropmton Greaves, Bajaj/Havells make fitting including lamp, Ballast Igniter etc. For fixing of structure including cost of all material labour and T&P for completion of work. 32 Supply and fixing of Junction Box on lighting polls of size 200x200x150mm of MS seat SWG duly painted with synthetic enamel paint box should be fixing and Backlite terminal strip of 4 Nos terminal both should be fixing on Sunmica seat and half round MS clamp with GI pipe for fixing the Junction box on the structure 33 Supply and fixing of 16 Amp. MCB make Crompton Greaves, Bajaj/Havells make fitting on structure including cost of all material, labour and T&P for completion of work. 34 Laying of 2x2.5/4x2.5mm sq.mm PVC cable 50 cm below the ground level in PVC conduit pipe after excavation and back filling including all labour PVC pipe etc. 35 Misscellaneous work of Carriage of required materials like C&R Panel, VCB, CT/PT, Control Cable, MS Flats, MS Round Bar and other important items from different Sub-Stations under TSC Jhansi as per requirement. 36 Providing & Fixing of 2.0 Ton Window Air Conditioner Unit complete with all accessories having heavy duty commercial type compressor, copper coil & have good energy saving ratings of Voltas/Blue Star/Carrier make and stabalizer (copper wound not less than 5KVA capacity). Above Work includes complete installation of AC unit and electrical connection in Kiosk rooms as per direction of Junior Incharge. 37 Rates qouted by the bidders shall be without taxes.
