| 18 | Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of 7000 mm Single Arm Decorative Pole with Decorative Cast Aluminium Base, Pole made from continuously tapered circular hot-rolled steel pipe conforming to E250 grade as per IS 2062:2011 standards. The pole\"s dimensions are a bottom diameter of 166 mm, top diameter of 76 mm, and thickness of 3 mm. The bracket stem is constructed from circular pipe of 76.1 mm diameter and 2.6 mm thickness, crowned with a mild steel (MS) cone of 700 mm height at the top. The angular Single-arm bracket is made of MS pipe with a diameter of 60.3 mm and 2.6 mm thickness, extending horizontally from the stem to accommodate the installation of streetlight luminaires at a distance of 1100 mm on either side of the stem\"s vertical axis. Aesthetic design is enhanced by a curved MS flat (25 mm x 4 mm) arching between the stem and each arm. The pole is designed to withstand wind speeds up to 50 m/sec, in compliance with IS 875 Part 3:1987. All pole sections are welded by certified welders using high-end MIG welding processes to ensure durability and strength. A vandal-proof MS service door (320 mm height x 90 mm width) with a safety rope is provided at the base of the pole, featuring the company logo embossed at the bottom and offering IP-rated protection. The pole is mounted on a mild steel base plate (300 mm x 300 mm 16 mm), made from E250 grade steel (as per IS 2062:2011), featuring four elongated holes (38 mm x 19 mm) designed to suit M20 x 500 mm bolts of grade 4.6 at a center-to-center distance of 215 mm. The foundation bolts of suitable size shall ensure firm grouting into the foundation, which must be designed accordingly. The pole is finished with pure polyester powder coating in a color of Graphite Grey / Anthracite Grey / Black, with a coating thickness of 60-80 microns for corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal. Make should be as per Klite-7171/ Ligman/ Neri. All dimensions of the pole, base plate, and components are within a tolerance of +/- 5%..The manufacturer should have in-house shot blasting machine and salt spray testing equipment.Make as per K-Lite/Ligman/Vakrangee or Equivalent. |
