Tender For Summer Contingency Work In Jjy Nagar; 1 Construction of Tube Well up to 100 mtr. depthin all type of rocks by DTH system & over burden to accommodate casing pipe of following sizes in all types of soils & over burden including lowering of casing pipes, (if required) excluding cost of casing pipes, as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 andIS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended upto date) and technical specifications. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. The tube well should have a throughout bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe. 2 200 mm dia nominal bore 3 Add 15% extra on depth more than 100 mtr for drilling beyond 100 mtr depth. 4 Supply of ERW M.S. black casing pipe ISI marked (IS: 4270/2001) or amended up to date offollowing sizes 5 200 mm dia NB (Thickness of pipe 5.4 mm & mass of tube 28.46 Kg/m) 6 Supply & Fixing tube well coverof MS sheet 8mm thick at top & 5mm thick 100mm wide shroud around the edge so as to form a cap on the top end of casing pipe with GI Nipple 45cm long & two GI flanges at both ends in 80mm sizes passing through a hole in the centre of MS sheet. A 25 mm socket with end plug shall also be welded over top plate. A GI nipple having outside thread of size 1/2 (for installation pressure gauge) shall be provided & welded with 80mm GI nipple near top plate nipple shall be provided with end plug. 7 200 mm dia nominal bore 8 Supply & Installation of 3 phase ISI marked submersible motor pump set ofthree star or better rating of BEEand as per IS: 8034-2018 (pump) and IS 9283-2013 (motor) or as amended up to date of approved make of following duty condition with required accessories including making connection suitable for tube well/DCB. The job includes lowering of motor pump, installation of complete fitting & accessories, jointing of electrical cables up to switch board, testing of submersible pump set and interconnection up to water mains, complete in all respect. 9 Up to 7.5 KW (10 HP) & head above 120 mtr. 2.5 LPS/ 160.0 Mtr.) 01 No. Pump sets. 10 Supply & Fixing of electric controls feeder pannel comprising of suitable rating MCCB, fully automatic Star/Delta starter, overload relay, ampere meter with CTs, Volt meter, phase preventor, suitable starting capacitors, phase indicators, lighting arrangment etc complete suitable for three phase pump set. The pannel should have space for Energy meter (Supplied by DISCOM). All these equipments shall be housed by pannel box made out from 18 gauge MS sheet with powder coating. Pannel should be of minimum size 90X60X450mm with stand (made of angle iron of size 35X35X5mm) duly bolted/screwed with enclosure box having four legs, each leg lenght 18 and double door including inbuilt locking system. The legs should be embeded in M15 cement concrete platform. The size of CC plateform should be equal or bigger than the base size of pannel having height of atleast 200mm from ground level. The pannel should have opening of suitable size infront of space for energy meter with glass for meter reading. The operation of pannel should be suitable for on 440 Volts AC supply. 11 Above 5.0 HP and up to 10 HP. 12 Supply & Fixing of ISI marked three core PVC flat submersible cable as per IS:694:1990 or ammended upto date and conductor as per class 5 of IS:8130:1980 including making connections etc. 13 3 core 4.0 Sq.mm 14 Supply & Fixing XLPE insulated/PVC sheathed cable of 1.1 KV grade with aluminium condutor armoured of IS:7098-I/1554-1 approved make in ground as per IS:1255 including excavtion of 30cmx75cm size trench, 25cm thick under layer of sand, second class bricks covering, refelling earth, compaction of earth, making necessary connection, testing etc as required of size. 15 10 Sq.mm,4 core 16 Providing & Lowering in tube well ISI marked GI Pipe medium duty (“B class), Steel tube as per IS:1239 or amended up to date and zinc coating as per IS 4736, threaded and double flanged (welded) on both ends and two number25x3mm MS flat welded on both ends between pipe & flange, rubber washer & nut bolts etc. complete in all respect. 17 50 mm dia 18 Supply & Fixing M S clamp set of 50x6 mm flat from iron with nuts and bolts etc for holding the riser pipe assembly of submersible pump set. 19 Supplying & Installing 100mm dia mtr. Sealed diaphragm burdentypepressuregaugealongwithall jointing materials Range 0 to 10 kg/cm2 including all jointing material as per specification with safety cover. 20 Providing and Fixing of double flanged, CI body, ISI marked NRV of approved make of following sizes. 21 65 mm
