Name of Work: Supply and Erection of underground cable, MCB, MCCB to replace damage/brunt cables, MCB/MCCB’s for Annual Maintenance of Street Light in Points (IDC) in various Sector at Bhiwani for the year 2025-26. (Rates taken in DNIT are excluding GST). A/Cost Rs. 1.63 Lacs E/Money Rs.3260/- Time Limit 12 Months

23.27.3Supply and erection of Godrej Almirah typeM.S. pedestal made of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron frame with 3.00 mm thick M.S. sheet covering including shutters with suitable hinges and locking arrangement with Godrej type handle including round bars . The top covering should have downward overhang of 75 mm on all sides of pedestal , having two sets of water proof ventilation holes of suitable size on the sides , at top and bottom , each set containing four Nos. holes to discharge the heat produced by the current . The shutters fixed with rubber gasket of superior quality and of suitable size to make it water proof .The pedestal duly painted both inside and outside with two coats of approved paint and primary coat and its legs are embeded upto the entire depth in 1:2:4 cement concrete block , projected 75 mm all around the pedestal and and 200 mm above the ground level including the cost of all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work:- 3. Job WorkSupply, erection, testing and commissioning of ELEX-TWS-2EXT / Amson’s make Automatic electric timer to switch ON/OFF the street light / road light automatically. It should have lux level adjustable switch, with extensible mountable senor. It will change ON/OFF timing automatically as per lux level of season throughout the year as purchase in the timing of sun-rising and sun setting suitable for street / road light. It will have three Nos. LandT make, 3 poles power contactor model MNX-25 to control 25 amp. Per phase with 220 Volt coils. It will have auto/manual switching mode for repair of street light during day time and the whole unit fixed on Bakelite sheet to assemble the components etc. The erection of the complete unit in the existing pedestal with complete wiring upto the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding GST).
