Tender For Work No. 17: Laying of 700 meter 600 mm diameter RCC NP3 sewage line from Swarn Jayanti Park to ATS Society in Indirapuram area under Vasundhara Zone - Providingleveling of the sewr line Design by the contractor and submitt to the office with proper hydrolic design of the sewer i/c all completion 2 Diamantling of road for sewers, manholes, sewer connecting chambers etc. Including sorting out and stacking of materials ( serviceable materials) and disposal of unserviceable materials upto a diatance of 50 m with all labour, material and T&P complete for proper completion of work. 3 Excavation for Pipe line 0 - 1.5 m deep in ordinary soil (loam, clay, sand). 4 Open Timbering in trenches 5 0.0 - 3.0 m deep 6 Close Timbering in trenches 7 0.0-3.0m deep 8 Supply of following types RCC NP3 (conforming to IS: 458 with latest revisions and amendments) pipes including all accessries conforming to relievent IS Specificatoin at site including all espenses. 9 600 mm dia RCC NP3 pipe 10 RCC with Cement, Coarse Sand and 40 mm stone ballast 1:2:4 in raft foundations & footing. 11 Mild steel or iron work of small size & Section 12 Supp/fixcing MS RCC frame & cover i/c all comp work 13 PCC 40mm stone ballast, coarse sand and cement 4:2:1. 14 Fixing C.I. Footsteps in the walls. 15 Filling dressing and ramming earth or sand or bajri or ballast or kankar or shingle. 16 Sand filling in plinth 17 S/S of 22.4 to 53mm stone blasst 18 Consolidetion of stone ballast 19 S/Laying granular sub base 20 P/Laying of dense 21 Making connection of line in all of comp work 22 Making bandhas duringconnection of line in i/c all comp work 23 Repairing damege water line i/c all comp work 24 Construction of interconnection chamber including all materials i/c all complete work 25 Making sewer House connections including supply and laying of 120 mm (OD) DWC HDPE pipe ( conforming to IS: 16098 (part-II)2013 with latest revisions and amendments)from house & making of interconnecting chambers with making of sewer connecting chamber (01 no. for 02 household) & making connection with manhole including supply & laying of specified A.C pipe (conforming to IS 6908 : 1991 with latest revisions and amendments) as per U.P.J.N norms/ drawing including supply of all labour, materials and T&P etc. complete in all respects required for proper completion of work. 26 Interlocking tiles 27 Provision for crossing of road, major drains etc. by trenchless technology including supply of different size Ms casing pipe, labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect required for proper completion of the work. 28 Nala crossing (250 mm dia to 450 mm dia) 29 Providing & Fixing of granite stone/MS board for inaugration of tubewell i/c all complete work 30 Disposal of surplus earth within municipal limits upto a distance of 8 km. As per direction of Engineer in charge incouding all labour, material and T&P etc, complete for proper completion of work. 31 GST
