Platform Trolley. Having platform size of 750x800mm of SS 304, with 40mm wide collar all around, supported by SS angle frame. The handle shall be made of 25mm dia SS304 pipe. The trolley shall move on 4 nos. 125mm dia x 32mm wide PU made swivel type rubber-tired castor, having brakes on two castors.

Work Table with Bottom Shelf. Size of 1500mm(W)x750mm(D)x850mm(H)+150. Top shall be made of 16 swg SS 304, secured to 38x38x3 mm SS 202 angle frame work, with 150mm high backsplash. Bottom shelf in 18 ga SS 304. 4 nos. 38 mm dia SS 304 pipe leg with SS adjustable feet.

Collection Trolley. Size of 550mm(W)x550mm(D)x700mm(H). All sides and bottom of the trolley shall be made of 16swg SS 304. It shall be provided with three shelves 25mm thick SS 304 plates. The trolley shall move on 4 nos. 100mm dia x 32mm wide PU made swivel type rubber-tired castors.

Work Table with Sink and Bottom pipe, Sink Size – 650x530x300mm. Size of 1800x750x850+150. Top to be made of 16 swg SS 304 secured to 38x38x3mm SS 202 angle frame work with 150mm high backsplash. The top shall have 1 no. 16swg SS 304 sink of size 650x530x300mm, with 38mm dia waste welded with sink and complete with lever handled operated drain valve and rear connected overflow. Sink shall have swivel type deck mounted mixer faucet and removable type perforated basket with handle made of SS 304 inserted into it. The bottom shelf shall be made of 38x38mm 16 swg SS 304 square pipe with 12mm dia SS 304 tube on 75mm distance from center to center of the pipe. The equipment is mounted on 4 legs of 38mm dia x 16 ga SS 304 pipe with adjustable feet.

Personal Locker Unit (PLU) – Change Room. 4 Compartment Lockers with Hanger and Locking Provision. Size of 915x457x1800 mm . Lockers shall be made of 20swg powder coated MS Sheet in grey colour. 4 nos. equal size compartment shall have bar for uniform hangers at the top and 200mm high shoe rack at its bottom. Four legs each 150mm long made of 100mm dia MS pipe, having suitable arrangement to adjust height.
