Additional estimate for supply, labour and erection of strung bus for extension of 2 nos. 230 KV bay-5 & bay-6 at 400 Kv Sholinganallur SS towards supply extension to 230 KV Taramani SS and 230 KV KITS PARK SS in Chennai Operation Circle/South.- 1 Rigid Spacer for quad moose conductor 2 T-clamp for double moose to double moose 3 T-clamp for single moose to 3 bus bar 4 Labour charges for single pole stack up right, under hang or suspension-230 KV 5 Labour charges for stringing of strung bus including hoisting of insulators- 230 KV twin moose conductor (1 span 6 runs) under LC condition. 6 Labour charges for providing dropper and jumpers 7 Supply and erection of B class GI pipe for extension of tandum/down pipe for existing AB switches and for any other work as required by and as directed by field Engineer including cost of GI pipe 40mm/50 mm dia 8 Hire charges for transportation of drawal of moose conductor, anti fog strung bus suspension and solid core(per trip and average distance of 50KMs) 9 Supply and provision of bay marshalling box AC Junction box (FRP) 10 Supply and fixing of ISI make MCB (AC) in panels /Boxes of repted make as directed by the field Engineer.(1 pole 16Amps) 11 Supply and fixing of ISI make MCB (AC) in panels /Boxes of repted make as directed by the field Engineer. (3 pole 32 Amps) 12 Supply and fixing of AC 3 phase 4 pole 415V ISI mark changeover switch of reputed make as required and directed by the field Engineer.(63Amps) 13 Supply & fixing of nut type CBTM 5 or equivalent terminal block in Panel/box as required and as directed by the field Engineer. 14 Supply & fixing of mounting channel suitable for CBTM 5 terminal block in panel/box as required and as directed by the field Engineer. 15 Supply & glanding of ISI mark cable glands of suitable size of reputed make including removing insulation of cable and providing suitable holes as directed by the field Engineer. (32mm) 16 Supply and termination of cable core end including cost of cable socket, lug, ferrules,strap etc, as per cable schedule and as directed by the field Engineer. 17 GST for bidders within TamilNadu 18 SGST 19 CGST 20 GST for bidders outside TamilNadu (IGST)
