Tender For One Time Minor Repairing Of Ac Units At Various Site Under Area Oa Panna, Ba Satna.- Replacing of following faulty parts with brand new spares suitable for 1.5 / 2.0 TR Split AC units i/c testing, commissioning etc i/c credit of non returning of faulty parts as reqd. Blower Motor Blower Drum Condenser motor Condenser fan blade Capacitor Dual Capacitor start / run Control card for conventional ac Control card for inverter ac indoor unit Control card for inverter ac outdoor unit Expanded nitrate foam (heat lon type class O) insulation for refrigerant piping Repairing of control card for conventional ac Repairing /rewinding of existing burnt/faulty ac blower/condenser motor i/c dismantling of faulty one, taken to workshop for rewinding, re fixing, testing etc. complete as required. Replacement of faulty SPN MCB C series 25 Amps in existing DB as reqd. Supplying and charging of the below type refrigerant gas for topping up into existing ACs as reqd. R 22 R 410/ R 32/ R 407 Carrying out leak testing of Window/ Split AC unit with nitrogen gas, brazing the leak points, flushing the system, vaccumizing, making the system leak proof, testing & commissioning etc. complete as reqd. Water servicing of 1.5 / 2 TR Window AC /split AC unit / HPAC units with complete cleaning i/c cleaning condenser coil with suitable Chemical. Dismantling of split AC unit with all accessories from different BTS / TE sites complete as required. S/F of drain water arrangement with flexible PVC pipe from AC to common PVC pipe i/c connections etc as reqd. Blower Servicing & Cleaning of 1.5 / 2 TR Split AC Units / 2 x 1.5 TR High Sensible AC Units of various BTS/TE Buildings at City area and Rural area including taking out Window AC out side ,blowering out all dust from the complete units and put in working condition etc. complete as S/F of drain water arrangement with below size dia Heavy thick PVC pipe with elbo, bends, Tees etc i/c making holes in the wall, making damages good as reqd. 25 mm 40 mm Dismantling healthy compressor/ condenser coil/ indoor unit / outdoor unit / complete ac unit with all accessories from existing scrapped/ spare AC unit, transporting to required site for replacement, dismantling of faulty one, fixing, testing of recovered etc. complete as required. Within 10 KM of city/urban/Muncipal Corporation area of HQ Panna Beyond 10 km of Satna HQ / City / Muncipal Corporation area HQ Panna Site Visit for checking and attending the defects / faults with minor petty material including attending minor complaints / faults at various BTS / Exchanges, damage of control wiring of Split AC / AC Pkg Units by the rat cutting etc. complete as required.
