    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - 1 NS Day to day maintenance cleaning of New ORH dining hall passage open space of circulating area cleaning of WC WB and kitchen including maintaining cleanliness providing all services laid down in special conditions , Custom Bid for Services - 2 NS Supply of various kinds of consumable materials for cleanliness and housekeeping by the contractor as per list attached in the special conditions Annexure AThe rate inclusive of all materialtransportation loading , Custom Bid for Services - 3 NS Supply of toiletries kit for the guest as per occupancy in ORH Note Average monthly occupancy per room is 20 days There are 6 rooms Hence 6 x 20days 120 days occupancy per month For 24 months 24 x 120 2880 days , Custom Bid for Services - 4 NS Washing of linen with soap detergents drying and ironing to the complete satisfaction of Railway Engineer or his representative The stains if any shall be removed with suitable chemicals and the washed ironed cloths , Custom Bid for Services - 5 NS Provision of EPF ESIC 1 EPFO ESIC will be paidto the contractorseparately by therailway for labourdeployed Thepayment will bemade to thecontractor aftersubmitting documentary evidence by the contractor to Railway Total Quantity :
