Provide Record Scanning Services Grampanchayat -Document scanning work of Gram Panchayat Office to be done on site of worn and torn documents of mixed size originals and book bound and registers.As the job is to be done on-site only space & electricity will be provided rest whole set-up for the scanning job to be arranged by the vendor with proper and professional man power.All document files to be in pdf format with each file properly named with different folders as per the requirement of Gram Panchayat. All documents are confidential and should be maintained in proper manner as given.Previous Work Completion Certificate of document scanning required of Gram Panchayat.Note : Document Scanning of mixed size originals of worn & torn pages. Most of the documents are in book bound form & register. No loose documents. All the documents are in worn and torn condition. Many documents are damaged due to floods and pesticides. All documents are of A4, A3, B4, B5, A5 and fullscape size. Also there are smaller size bills, receipts andvouchers. Documents are minimumto10 to 15 years old.
