The item includes necessarytrimmingthe sidesof trenches, levelling, dressing and amming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm. 2 OrdinaryCement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,any, ingroundfloor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety 3 M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structuralmembers (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conformingto IS:226, IS:808&SP(6)-1964connected tooneanotherwith bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabricationwithnecessarybolting,metalarcweldingconformingto IS:816-1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodesof approved makeand brandconforming to IS:814-2004, haulage, hoistinganderection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables suchaselectrodes,gasandhirechargeofall toolsand plants and labour required for thework including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. 4 Supplying1.5mmthickM.S. sheet fittedand fixedononeorboth faces ofM.S./W.I. gate etc. with pointweldingat notmore than 150mm a part complete inall respectasperde signi ncluding cost of all labour and materials. 5 Paintingwithbest quality synthetic enamel paint of approved makeand brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary:(b) On steel or other metal surface : With other than hi-gloss of approved quality,(ii) Two coats (white in shade) 6 Priming one coat onsteel orothermetal surface with synthetic oilbound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc. 7 Add,G S T @18.00% For the Items no. - 1 to6 8 Add, C E S S @1.00%for the Items no. - 1 to 7
