Sarni - Complete Dismentaling, Dregging, and shiftingof 220/132/33 KV 100 MVACGL make (oil filled) Power Transformer 2 i) Complete Dismentaling of all accessories like cooling bank, radiators, conservators, all HV,IV,LV bushings, Main & OLTC Conservators, protection relays, PRVs, Breathers, Pipe lines etc.ii) Openning of all Jumpers, HV, IV, LV and neutral side clamps, connectors and conductors, all earthings, Fans, all cable terminations, etc.iii) Shifting of these all materials to a nearby safe place in the premise of 220 kV S/S sarnias per instructions of Engineer Incharge. 3 Complete Dismentaling of NIFPS, its Marshelling box, under ground oil tank, pipelines etc. and their shifting and placement at suitable location in the premise of 220 kv substation sarni. 4 Shifting/ dregging of this 100 MVA transformer withoil filled condition (transportation weight approx 120 MT) up to 25 Mtr From existing plinth and placement ontemporery plinth (wooden sleepers) at suitable place in the premise of 220 kV substation Sarni. 5 Erection of 220/132/33 kV 160 MVAKV Power X-mer 6 Complete assembly and erection of 220/132 KV 160 MVApower transformer with all associated equipments. Connection / wiring etc. including installation of marshalling boxes, control cabinet. RTCC Panel etcradiators, cooling fans, all accessories etc. for transformer including their preliminery checks . Body protection cabling and termination work. Unloading / Handling of Transformer Accessories and Applying Vacuum, Filling of Transformeroil, oil filtaration till desired results and other necessary works associated with transformer installation. GI pipes of size 40mm dia 3mtr. long backfilling with black cotton soil free from boulders & harmful mixture .These GI pipes are to be welded with MS flats by making mesh frame and cutting of pipes as also making hole s in the pipes for water seapage.The earth pit is to be connected with earthmesh of MS flat. Providing retaining wall9 thick, 1 foot below the ground level and 6 above the ground level all through the periphery of earth pit alongwith suitable base padding.
