    Tender For Hiring Of Lmv 27023438 10 10 10 HIRING OF VEHICLE 10 MON 20 VEHICLE EXTRA RUNNING KM 1,000 KM Email : AMAN.KUMAR@AMNS.IN Contact : Name : Aman Kumar Item Details : 10. This SPR is regarding transportation services of SC Team Members to various places inside AMNS Premises and back for various Project related Activities. This include driver as well as fuel <(>&<)> Maintenanace charges. 20. In case of extra running of vehicle, buffer of 2000 KM taken ,if applicable. Vendor has to follow AM/NS safety norms, And AM/NS safety rules <(>&<)> regulations. it also includes:- 1. Vehicle from 9:00 AM to 6: 00 PM and driver 1 Nos for General Shift. 2. Driver shall have a valid licence with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. 3. Driver shall follow AMNS road safety and other safety guidelines. 4. Vehicle shall always be in healthy condition. 5. In case of any breakdown or maintenance of vehicle for more than one day vendor will replace with alternative vehicle till repaired. 6. In the consequences of violation of traffic rules and over speeding /unsafe driving practice following traffic violation rules shall be applicable as per AMNS. 7. LMV – Regular Vehicle with driver (Vehicle like Bolero). High End Vehicle like Innova is not required. 8. All required safety equipment or infrastructure(i.e. scaffolding, special PPEs etc) provided by vendor as per AM/NS safety norms, And will follow all AM/NS safety rules <(>&<)> regulations. Offence Number and consequences 1. First Offence Warning letter and Rs 500 Penalty. To be deducted from Invoice. 2. Second Offence Warning Letter and Rs 2000 Penalty. To be deducted from Invoice. 3. Second Offence withdrawal of vehicle pass and Rs 5000 Penalty. To be deducted from Invoice.
