Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. 8864/79/F/2018 dated 28.06.24with latest ammendments. 4 80mm dia, PN-1.0, CIDF sluice valve(non-rising) conforming to IS:14846. Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. 8864/79/F/2018 dated 28.06.24with latest ammendments. 5 80 mm dia heavy type suitable length CI/MS Black pipes (for common delivery header,backwash line for pump under sl no-1, along with necessary bends, specials, fittings , viz flanges, bolts, nuts, gaskets, concentric enlarger , MS dismenteling joint, for connecting main pipe line etc. including providing MS/Bricks/PCC support for laying of pipes, valves as required to make the installation complete . 6 Supply & delivery of 415 V, Three phase PLC Panel with minimum 2mm thickness and degree of protection IP-54, conforming to IS-8623 with suitable Bus bar, Digital Voltmeter Ammeter,Contactor, delay timer, MCB, Valve Actuator starter etc. with PLC Logic & UPS i)7.5-12.5HP (with Star Delta starter) (Drawing & Bill of material shall be approved by E.I.C) Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. 8864/79/F/2018 dated 28.06.24with latest ammendments.. 7 1.1 KV Grade 415 V, 4core 16 sq.mm. PVC sheathed XLPE insulated Al. armoured cable conforming to IS:7098 (PART-1) 2011 with latest amendmends as applicable.Cables shall be procured as per site requirementMake :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. 8864/79/F/2018 dated 28.06.24with latest ammendments. 8 Automatic plunger type chlorinator for feeding accurately controlled dosage of chlorine solution lnto the water by connecting metering with flow rate of water 0 -100 LPH with maximum pressure of 10 Kg/Cm2 suitable dosing pump & other accessories on the delivery pipe line as required, the pump shall be coupledwith 0.5 hp motor having three phase power and 1440 RPM (± 4%).Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. 8864/79/F/2018 dated 28.06.24with latest ammendments. 9 Installation of the above supplied itemInstallation, testing & commisioning of above supplied Pumping Machinery ,MCC, valves etc. (item no 1 to 6) by jointing submersible cable within the tubewell situated outside the pump house by making derrick arrangement by assembling the column pipes properly and fitting, fixing the pressure gauge, depth gauge, air pipe etc. in position and erection of delivery line & wash out line with the C.I specials and Tee including mending damages goods etc.all complete as per direction. This also includes the charges for laying submersible cable from tubewell to control panel by underground and saddle on wall and connection with required feeder of panel all complete. 10 Making suitable size pump foundation base ( Size: 1.00 mtr. x 1.00 mtr. x 1.5 mtr.) with supplying cement, sand, stone chips etc. in the portion of (4:2:1) including plastering, neat cement finishing etc. all Complete as per direction of EIC. (i) Tubewell outside pump house 11 Making required nos. of brick pillar 0.25 mtr. X 0.25 mtr. For supporting of valves, actuator and pipes with 12 mm thick plaster and net cement finish complete. 12 Installation & commissioning of the above supplied chlorinator (item sl no 8)with all accessories, PVC tank and drawing of power line as per I.E. rules by supplying of necessary wire and continuous earthing. This include the cost of all necessary CC foundation (at least 200mm) with concrete mixture (Sand, cement, stone chips) and neat cement finishing by supplying of all required materials and testing the entire set as per direction of E.I.C.(Power will be feed from PLC panel of pumping machinery) N.B - 1)T.C & G.C of pump motor needed.2)All works shoul be carried out as per relevant & lates IS code. 13 Laying of cable (4 sq mm.16 core ) on wall/surface incl. S & F of MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting all complete as per direction of E.I.C. 14 Supplying and fixing of compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry ofcable (4 sq mm.16 core) all complete as per direction of E.I.C. 15 Finishing the end of cable (4 sq mm.16 core) by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materialsall complete as per direction of E.I.C. 16 Carrying back the old unserviceable part from work site to DCC campus store including loading, unloading complete. 17 Add GST @ 18 % 18 Add Cess @ 1 %
