No. 697) 2 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil ( Loam clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5 metre (5 fts.) and lead upto 30m (100 fts) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the bulding and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surpluse earth as directed by the engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30m (100fts) frome the foundation trenches.(S.I. NO. 251) 3 1st class Brick Work in 1:4 Cement & fine sand of 1.25 FM. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, Labour And T&P etc. all complete (S.I. No. 303). 4 12mm thick plaster in 1:4 Cement & Sand mortar including lab.& T&P etc all complete ( S.I. No. 577 ( 17.58)). 5 Providing & Laying of C.C. With 20-40mm gauge stone ballast coarse sand andcement in the proportion 1:4:8 including supply of all material , labour and T&P etc .requard for proper comletion of the work. (SI-281). 6 Earth work in cutting & Filling orin ordinarysoil mixedincluding 1.5m lift & 3km lead including lab. And T&P etc all complete as decressing. SOR 253. cartage SOR 231(a) 7 Supply & fixing of 60mm thick precast interlocking concrete block pavement laid in stone dust base and fill joint with fine sand. Joint filled after labling and dressing base including suppy of all materils, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (NEW ITEM NO-3) 8 P/A white cement based putty of average thickness of 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth including cost of material, labour & T&P etc. All complete 9 Finishing wall withtwo coat of acrylic smooth exterior paint of best quality including supply of all materials ,labour and tools and plants etc.. Required for proper completion of the work. 10 providing & Fixing rubber molded cement concrete kerb stone M-20 size 300x450x150 etc all complete.
