The earth from clearance to be used in side embankment or to be disposed off at spoil banks or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12 Finishing walls with putty and(Two coats) with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer applied @ 0.75Ltr/10sqm curing, cost of all materials, labours, T&P etc.
