Tender For Supply of Material for 500 Bedded Medical College Jhansi. - Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in COLUMN excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also inclduing supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. No. 103 1950 Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: - New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 Ltr./10 Sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/10 Sqm. Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.
