Tender For Repairs And Maintenance To Paths, Drainage, Hard Standing, Fencing And Misc B/R Works At Sigar Mil Stn Under Ge 872 Ews - Demolition of un-reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed. 2 Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal ofdebris and rubbish complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge 3 Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry/ PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal ofdebris and rubbish complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. 4 Demolition ofStone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing rubbish upto complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. 5 M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate),block masonry with solid blocks of size 300x200x200mm or 300x200x100mm, having compressive strength of not less than 100 Kg/Sq Cm (As per IS-2185) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 6 M & L for 100 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:4:8,type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate)as in sub-base of flooring, etc complete all as specified and directed. 7 M & L for 40 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors laid in alternate bays and finishing the surfaces even & fair without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and directed. 8 M & L for Forming Construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified and directed. 9 M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, as in floors etc,including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and set & jointedin neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed. 10 M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed. 11 M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. 12 M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as inroof kerb or mud stop, benching etc rounded or chamfered on edges incuding necessary form works etc complete all as specified and directed. 13 M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 14 M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls, etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed. 15 Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed. 16 M & L for use & waste Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; (Note: Unit quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of fixing/re-fixing of flat iron, round bar etc. Flat iron fillets and round bars etc shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only) 30 Supply only Mild Steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Old serviceable barbed wire as obtained from site shall be re-used) 35 M & L for Providing reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3, Type A-1 (Nominal Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts, etc for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq.cm and n exc 250 sq.cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.
