Survey Execution:Conducting a comprehensive survey using the latest technology, including DGPS and state-of-the-art tools for data collection.Transferring all data to a computer system in geo-referenced layers using AutoCAD or equivalent software.Delivering the survey data in both soft and hard copies, including three coloured printed copies on tracing paper and in CD format.2. Mapping and Documentation:Sewer Line Mapping: Creating detailed drawings of existing sewer lines, including invert levels of manholes, sewer line status (functional/non-functional), and the disposal points of the sewer system.Road Condition Assessment: Documenting road conditions such as potholes, cracks, and surface types (bituminous, cement concrete, or interlocking), including the condition of house and commercial connections to the sewer lines.Sewage Pumping Stations (SPS): Identifying the locations and operational status of all SPS in the survey area.Sewage Treatment Plants (STP): Mapping the location and capacity of STPs within the surveyed zones.Brick Barrels: Documenting the location, shape (circular, oval, or rectangular), and condition of brick barrels used within the sewerage infrastructure.Deliverables:Submission of drawings showing existing sewer lines, manholes, and adjacent connections.Providing data regarding sewer line functionality and road surface conditions.Coordination with local authorities throughout the survey process.3. Coordination and Liaison:Ensuring liaison with local authorities for access and approval of data collection points.Interested bidders are required to submit their bids according to the specifications mentioned in the tender document.
