Tender For Reconstruction Work Of Sarai Agahat Road To Kayampur Road Ii. - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes of 45-63 mm to water bound macadam Grading 2 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per TechnicalSpecification Clause 405. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable) 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable) 3 Laying brick soling layer on prepared sub- grade with brick on and edging according to lines graded and cross section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth spreading 25mm thick layer of earth over brick soling watering and rolling the same with three wheeled road roller 80-100 KN as per Technical specification clause 412 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable) 4 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqmusing mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable) 5 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specn. No. 503 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable) 6 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration or Emulsion grade bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base by manual means including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coatas per T.S.C. 508 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable) 7 Providing and layingseal coat by manual means with 80/100 grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per TSC 510 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable) 8 Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable) 9 Construction of un-reinforced and construction joint only plain cement concrete pavement thicknesh as per drawing over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement as per clause 1501.22 M-30Grade coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixture of not less than 0.20cum capacity and aproctimat weight batcher using approved mis design laid in approved fixed etc form work (Steel, channel laying & fixing fo 125 micron thick polythin film wedge steel plates including leveling the form work as per drawing)speading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted, using niddle sceed and plate vibrators and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction joints applying primers sealent and construction joint admixtures as approved curring of concrete slabe for 14 days curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable) 10 Maintenance of bituminous surface road and gravel or WBM road including filling pot holes and patch repair etc. restoration of rain cuts and dressing of side slop/berms, making up of berms/ shoulders maintenance of drain, maintenance of culvert maintenance of guard rails ans parapet maintenance of road signs speed breakers, standing tree at adjacent to road wherever required maintenance of Hectometer and kilometer stone cutting of branches of tree shrub and trimming of grass and weeds etc white washing of parapet including CD work, painting of guard stone, refixing of displaced guard stones (as per performance Index anexure-1) & maintenance of concrete surface including crack sealing spot patching (as per performance index anexure-2)mentioned in GO No. 55/2022/187/23-09-2022-02 Nabard /2021 Dt 28-04-2022 & Enc letter on 14 BDD-1(NH)/40MT-11/2024 dated 03-01-2024 Subjected to be Approval from Govt.
