WORK OF ROUTINE AND EMERGENCY LINE MAINTENANCE WORK AT DIFFERENT PLACES IN AREA OF SUBDIVISION-LALDIGGI UNDER ELECTRICITY URBAN DISTRIBUTION DIVISION-TOWNHALL, GORAKHPUR(UNDER O&M PLAN)- 1 Loading, unloading and safe carriage of following materials from Store Centre, Gorakhpur to JE dump Store and JE dump Store to work site with proper stacking :- 2 PCC pole 8.5 meter long 3 STP pole 11/9 meter long 4 ACSR Dog Conductor 5 ACSR Weasel Conductor 6 Aerial Bunch Conductor 7 33 KV Cross arm 8 11 KV Cross arm 9 Disc insulator with fitting 10 Pin insulator with fitting 11 Cable Jointing Kit for 33 KV Line 12 Cable Jointing Kit for 11 KV Line 13 33 KV XLPE Cable 14 11 KV XLPE Cable 15 33 KV Straight through 16 11 KV Straight through 17 Stay with 5 Kg. wire with all fitting complete 18 Other Line & S/S materials 19 The excavation of foundation pit of size 750mmX450mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the pole. Fabrication & erection of Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories as per required. All required materials such as Holding clamp/STP/LT clamp, F-Bracket, LT shacle insulator, Nuts & Bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor.Grouting of Pole in cc 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast), Grouting will be done in the block ofsize 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc (Material provided by Contractor).In case of ST Pole making Plinth around Pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top. All work will be done as per RESPO norms & relevent IS Specification. 20 PCC pole 8.5 meter long 21 STP pole 11 meter long 22 STP pole 9 meter long 23 Erection and grouting of stay in CC ratio 1:4:8 of Cement, Sand and Stone Ballast including cost of grouting material with nozelling and binding of stay wire (Complete work) 24 Laying, stringing, sagging, binding and jumpering of conductor for LT/11 KV/33KV Line with providing and fixing of LT Clamps/other clamps, Shackle insulator and nuts&bolts off size by the contractor as per required. 25 ACSR Dog/Weasel Conductor 26 Aerial Bunch Cable 27 Dismantling and again stringing, sagging, binding and jumpering of old existing conductor for LT/11 KV/33KV Line after erection of pole, Providing and fixing of LT Clamps/other clamps, Shackle insulator and nuts&bolts off size by the contractor as per site requirement. 28 ACSR Dog/Weasel Conductor 29 Aerial Bunch Cable 30 Replacement of broken/damaged following material/fitting of 33 KV/11 KV Line complete in all respect (Material will be provided by Department) 31 33 KV Cable Jointing Kit 32 11 KV Cable Jointing Kit 33 33 KV Cross arm 34 11 KV Cross arm 35 11 KV Pin insulator with fitting 36 11 KV Disc insulator with fitting 37 Erection of 33 KV Straight through (as per requirement of different sizes) 38 Erection of 11 KV Straight through (as per requirement of different sizes) 39 Replacement of broken/damaged following material/fitting of HT/LT Line complete in all respect which will be supplied by contractor 40 LT Shackle Insulator 41 Holding clamp 42 STP Clamps 43 Digging of cable trench in size of 300 mm wide 600 to 900 mm deep as per site requirement & Laying of cable in the trench. Covering with bricks, sand and backfilling- 44 11 KV XLPE Cable 45 33 KV XLPE Cable 46 Replacement of damaged straight through of 33KV/11KV & LT UG Cables after locating fault through Fault Locator Machine.Work includes digging and pulling out damaged cable & again relaying of cables (Material will be provided by Contractor) 47 Replacement of damaged LT XLPE Cable 3.5X400 sq mmstraight through 48 Replacement of damaged 33 KV XLPE Cable 3X300 sq mmstraight through 49 Replacement of damaged 11 KV XLPE Cable 3X185 sq mmstraight through 50 Replacement & Maintenance of damaged LT UG Cable as per requirement. Work includes digging and pulling out damaged cable & again relaying of cables. (Material will be provided by Contractor) 51 Replacement of damaged LT XLPE Cable 3.5X70 sq mm 52 Replacement of damaged LT XLPE Cable 3.5X150 sq mm 53 Replacement of damaged LT XLPE Cable 3.5X240 sq mm 54 Replacement of damaged LT XLPE Cable 3.5X400 sq mm 55 Dismantling of following Line materials and safe loading, unloading and carraige of dismantled material from work site to departmental store 56 STP pole 11/9 meter long 57 ACSR Dog Conductor 58 ACSR Weasel Conductor 59 Arial Bunch Cable 60 Other Line & S/S materials 61 Repairing of damage/Rusted Steel Tubular Pole by diggingof pit around pole of size 1.0 mtr.X 1.0 mtr.X1.0 mtr. is to be done for proper position and then cleaning of rust and descaling with the help of hard wire brush & chisel and then Putting 3 Nos. 1 mtr. long Angle of size 50x50x6 mm,properly welding on 3 circle with pole. After completing of above work Grouting and Plinthing 300 mm Above level with cement concrete and sand and bricks ballast. After that Painting of ST Pole by double coating Aluminium & Red oxide paint. (All material, labour and T&P will be provided by the Contractor) 62 Lopping & Chopping of tree branches and disposal of the same at suitable place for clearance of HT/LT line
