(1 day=3 shifts) 2 Servicing of ID fan 3 Replacement of thrust pad and DE side bearing of ID fan. 4 Replacement of NDE side bearing of ID fan. 5 Replacement of ID fan impeller/shaft. 6 Servicing of IGV of ID fan. 7 Replacement of Liner blade of ID fan. 8 Repairing of impeller casing of ID fan. 9 Checking and inspection of DE / NDE side bearing of ID fan. 10 Alignment of ID fan hydraulic coupling with motor of ID fan. 11 Alignment of ID fan rotor with hydraulic coupling. 12 Complete servicing/overhauling of hydraulic coupling of ID fan 13 Servicing of hydraulic coupling oil cooler.
